Before I say anything else, this episode was one of the most earnest and raw thus far in Doha Heat's existence. My guest today is Eliana Zailah, who opens up about her past struggles and how they have served as an inspiration for her life and nutritional coaching career in Qatar. Special shoutout to Nicole and Jeanine for introducing me to their mentee.

What a perfect time to give some thought to goals we wish to achieve this year! Jeanine, Marie, and I explore how to align our core values with tangible goals and the steps necessary to make them realities. We also delve into the need for accountability in our actions if they're to be successful, whether internally or in someone else.

Morning everyone! Feeling a little hazy like the country has been with the recent sandstorms? Kev and I are here to help shake up your week with the best events - there is something for everyone: an international handball tournament, a book fair, club nights, motivational conferences, comedy shows.

Sometimes life introduces you to interesting people in very serendipitous ways, and today's guest, Ashok Vish, is one such person. The young American filmmaker was in the city for a few days, and I invited him to share about his life-story and aspirations. We get into his time spent growing up in India, finding oneself in university studies, and his take on Doha.

Happy New Year! Hope you had a wonderful break, and we're back to bringing you the best life coaching techniques. Kicking off 2015 we're looking at how values underpin our actions, especially those that arise in difficult situations.

Happy New Year from Kev and I! We are back after a brief break for the holidays, well, mainly for Andrew to go home to the US. It is shaping up to be a quiet week as people are slowly trickling back into the country, but do not worry, there are still cool events to check-out! Today we talk holidays, resolutions for 2015, and lectures on the dugong population in Qatar.
