Doha Heat
Doha Heat is a weekly, communal podcast created for every type of individual who currently calls Qatar home, has in the past, or may one day.

Nicole and I sit down to talk about the big "C" - no, not cookie, but cancer as October is breast cancer awareness month. We get into the lifestyle and nutrional changes we can make in order to hopefully lessen the chances of developing cancer. There is also a lot of great resources being shared here for those who are undergoing treatments or those listeners coping with a loved one's process.

Hope you are ready for an eventful week ahead because we have got so much to highlight in today's episode! There is a little bit for everyone here, whether you are looking for Halloween-themed outings, intercultural festivals, or opportunities to nerd out.
